As with any public search on the internet, this search has it's limitations. If, after you search around, you want to focus your search beyond what this system will allow, there's another way. As a professional Team of Realtors, our Multiple Listing Service allows us to get extremely specific. This allows us to pin point beyond where the general public can.

For example, we can focus on a certain neighborhood or school district. We can even search between Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western boundaries you specify. Not only is it more specific, it's much more efficient. Our search, once it's created for you, is automated and will email you any new short sale, bank owned or traditional listings the moment they are entered into our system. Remember, if a listing is listed in our system, we are notified first. Any other home search system out there is standing in line. Be the first to receive listings that the public won't get for at least 24 to 48 hours later.
