The Spangler Group

Sean Spangler was born in Richmond Virginia in 1969, and gew up there until he graduated from Midlothian High School in 1987.  After being accepted to the 1987 freshman class at North Carolina State University, Sean decided to move away from his family and live in Raleigh North Carolina.  Sean was a student athlete who wrestled and studied business management. 

 

In 1989, Sean and a fellow all american wrestler, Mark Mangrum, started their own carpet cleaning and restoration business.   Sean continued towards his college degree and still wrestled for the NC State Division 1 wrestling team. 

In 1992, Sean graduated from NC State University and sold his half of the  business to his partner Mark. 

 

It was in 1992 that Sean began his career in real estate.  Practicing full time for 2 years in North Carolina, Sean learned the real estate business quickly.   In November 1994, Sean decided to move to Las Vegas, Nevada to continue his real estate career.  Sean has represented buyers and sellers in Southern Nevada since 1995 and has sold tens of millions of dollars in real estate over his career.  Sean also invested heavily in his profession both in education and property acquisitions.  Sean believes in his business and,  that you never stop learning.  Sean is always a student of his profession. 

 

In 2003, Sean bought, fixed up and sold properties that enabled him to acquire a number of retirement  rental properties.  From 2006 to 2009, Sean invested in building custom homes.  During these years, Sean learned more about construction than at any other time in his life.  This was like a formal college education, and his knowledge and experience have become an asset to all of his clients.  Sean brings much more to the table than just being a real estate salesman.  Sean brings an all around knowledge of the real estate industy from construction to sales.  When it comes to negotiating in today's real estate market of short sales and foreclosures, his in depth understanding of the many aspects of such a changing real estate climate puts him at the top 1% of all agents in Southern  Nevada.
